From Portland - Maine Turnpike south toward Kittery, Boston, Old Orchard, merge onto I-95 s 16.2 miles. Take the ME111 exit 32 towards Biddeford, turn right onto Carl Broggi Hwy/- Rt 202 Sanford/Rochester. Then take NH RT 11 to Alton Bay - Merge left via ramp onto US-3 S Laconia/Gilford BYP 3.6 miles. Take right onto RT 107 ramp toward Laconia/Gilmanton at end of ramp turn right onto RT 107. Take a right onto Province Street, (it looks like you are going straight but it's not because RT 107 take a sharp left turn at that junction ).
